At Vaioraa, we believe that the journey of your jewelry should be just as beautiful as the moment you wear it. So here’s a little guide to how we send pieces out of our hands and into yours.

When you place an order with us, we begin with a mindful process of preparation. If your piece is ready to ship, it typically leaves our studio within 2–5 business days. If your piece is a pre-order or made-to-order creation (made especially for you once you’ve said “yes”), it takes a little extra time usually up to 20 business days before it’s lovingly wrapped and ready to go. Once your order is dispatched, the delivery usually takes about 3–7 business days to reach you, depending on your location and local courier services.  

We work with trusted courier partners to bring your jewelry safely to your doorstep. You’ll receive tracking details by email or WhatsApp as soon as your piece begins its journey, so you can follow it all the way home. Sometimes couriers have unexpected delays outside our control weather, holidays, or remote routes but we’ll always stay in touch and support you if anything feels slow or confusing.  

Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. From time to time, we may offer complimentary shipping promotions, and those will be automatically applied if your order qualifies. If you have questions about shipping fees or options while checking out, we’re always happy to help.  

Please note that once an order is placed, we begin preparing it right away. For pre-order pieces that are crafted only for you, changes or cancellations aren’t possible once production begins because your jewelry is already becoming yours. But for ready-to-ship pieces, if you need assistance before dispatch, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.  

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t seem right, don’t worry we have a caring process defined under our Refund & Return Policy that guides how we take care of such situations. (You’ll find that linked clearly on our website.)
