Some pieces are ready to ship, and some are made only after you choose them. Our pre-order pieces take up to 20 business days to be crafted before dispatch. Once a made-to-order piece enters production, it can’t be cancelled or changed (it’s already busy becoming yours).

We do our best to show each piece as honestly as possible, but because everything is handcrafted and screens can be moody, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may happen. Think of them as tiny signatures proof that your piece isn’t mass-made.

Prices are shown clearly at checkout and include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise. We may update prices or collections from time to time, but the price you pay at checkout is the one that stays. Payments are processed securely through trusted gateways like Razorpay, and we never see or store your card details.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation, followed by tracking details when it’s on the move. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location or courier conditions, but we’ll always help if something feels stuck or confusing.
