At Vaioraa, we create jewelry that’s meant to be cherished not rushed. We check each piece before it leaves us, and when something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make it right.

What You Can Return


If the piece you receive arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll help you through a return or replacement.

To be eligible:
• The item must be unworn and in the same condition as you received it.
• Please keep the original packaging and tags.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

How to Request a Return

1. Take a short video while unboxing this helps us understand what went wrong.
2. Contact us via email or Instagram with your order details and visuals.
3. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days and guide you through the next step.

Damaged or Defective Goods


If your jewelry is damaged or has a defect:
Once verified, we will either:
• Repair the piece if possible,
• Or replace it with the same design with love and care.

Cancelled or Incorrect Orders


If an order was placed incorrectly on your end:
• You may request cancellation within 48 hours of order placement, before production begins for pre-order items.
• Once production begins for made-to-order or pre-order pieces, cancellations or refunds are not possible.

Refunds


If we approve a refund:
• We will process it within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be sent to the original mode of payment used at checkout.
• Please note: the time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account also depends on your bank or payment provider normally within 5–10 business days.  

Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise communicated.

Non-Returnable Items


Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Customized pieces
• Pre-order / made-to-order jewelry once production has started
• Items damaged by wear, water, misuse, or accidents

Partial Refunds


In rare cases where only part of the order is approved for refund (e.g., partial damage), we will communicate the amount clearly and process it accordingly.

Chargebacks and Early Refund Requests


We always encourage customers to reach out to us first for any issues we will work with you to resolve them gently and fairly. Chargebacks (initiated through banks) may affect your order history or future assistance, so let’s always try to fix things directly.
